Numbers might not be totally accurate but it was that combination of things. UK got a way better price than anyone else on steam for some reason.

yeah i just looked on steam and the game is £29.99 after the 25% discount. how are you getting it down to £22? i own borderlands 2 but it's not showing an additional discount for me or anything
