What are the main differences between the W1070, W1080ST, W1250 and W1500?

I see them all on refurb pricing from $620 to $800 CAD. Keep in mind it's for a small basement with a throw of maybe 8-9' where I would like maybe 100-120" screen. It will be a ceiling mount and I already have HDMI and power wired to the ceiling.

Anything I should watch out for on the ceiling mount itself?
