64-bit, if you need more than 2GB RAM (e.g. large sample libraries). That's probably the only feature I use. The UI is terrible (endless floating windows) and they've been making it worse over time. I prefer 6.5 UI actually. But it's still the best MIDI editing workflow I've found so I stick with it.
