In the video, they describe two ways to skill murder your prisoners: set the jail door to always locked will prevent guards from delivering food. The other way was to have solitary rooms with doors leading outside and putting guards with shotguns outside the door, then just open the door and the guards will shoot the prisoners when they try to escape. That second one is quite dirty.
