If China and Korea have the bomb the US has no reason or excuse for holding Japan back, and if Japan gets the bomb, well you can guess what happens next. Considering that Japan and South Korea are virtual nuclear weapon states and could design, build and test a nuclear weapon before the month is up what would happen next?
