Yeah, angsting over the kind of secondary audience a film might attract seems kind of stupid. Nobody can do anything about it and it doesn't necessarily have a drat thing to do with the quality of the film anyway so it seems a hugely irrelevant thing to be  about.Anyway, any film like this is going to make the people who even just barely clear the hurdle of whatever kind of oppressive behavior the film is criticizing feel smug. That's sort of the nature of it.
