Yeah, I had forgotten about that. Now that I'm remembering they've also had a habit this year of missing opening at bats thanks to commercial breaks. I still don't think that makes them any worse overall than TBS, but it's at least a very close tie.

Straight up skipping the first AB almost every inning is way way worse than lovely announcers and graphics

Ultimately, good announcing is good announcing. People like to bring up Len Kasper using advanced stats to show how good he is. And he is a really good announcer, but he'd be really good regardless of what stats he's using.

Delmon has a better arm than Cruz but this isn't RF, and Delmon is super terrible at every other aspect of fielding.
