First TWD: 1 year suspension, and then must pass a safe driving course to reinstate it
Second TWD: Lifetime ban

First DUI: 6 month suspension, and must graduate from a safe driving course to reinstate
Second DUI: 1 year suspension, and must graduate from alcoholics anonymous to reinstate
Third DUI: Lifetime ban
