Here in Germany, after your license is suspended for DUIs, you need to pass a psychological/medical exam(commonly known as the "Idiot test") to get your license back. The physician is mainly trying to find out what the gently caress is wrong with you, why you are constantly drunk driving and if you have a chance of improving. How about something like that?
