I got this game and it's everything I hoped for in a sequel. It's a pretty good game and it's a shame it's not more popular. Also the Princess Peach costume is hilarious, I couldn't stop laughing the first time I saw the giant Bowser fist come out and plaster an angel. Ending spoilers: Now the beginning of the game makes sense. I hope they make a Lumen Sage DLC or something, that'd be an interesting side story after the conclusion of these two games.

Beef Waifu posted:Yeah, there's still quite a few copies at retail stores near me. I don't think anyone actually understocked except Gamestop. When I got my Wii U at Fry's Electronics, they were sold out of Bayonetta 2. I had to go to Wal Mart to get my copy. vv Also is it just me or did they make witch time parrying more difficult? It's easier to parry then in Bayonetta 1, but the timing to get witch time off parrying seems stricter.

notZaar posted:Bayo 2 has a better difficulty curve but it gets downright brutal too. Especially on 3rd climax, you bring out your A game every verse or you get shut down. I am not looking forward to Pure Platinuming every stage in 3rd Climax, I hate fighting Sloths. I just Kafka'd them but that's not going to cut it going for Platinum rank.
