probably, because waffleimages had terrible downtime because it relied on 3rd party mirrors. imageshack is still around, but it sucks and they pissed off lowtax so it was banned from being used on SA. anybody remember kth.cx and the stupid "thx kth.cx" they encouraged people to post under every image hosted on kth.cx?
