The Nexus didn't exist until after Oblivion was released, so the main hub for Morrowind mods (and the site usually linked to by the list) was Elder Scrolls Planet, which unfortunately was owned by GameSpy. So yeah, most of the mods that used to be out there are gone. And OP, you clearly haven't been suffering enough.  You should restart with the following:*Race: Argonian or Khajiit Sign: The Serpent Specialization: Magic Attributes: Personality, Luck Major: Armorer, Illusion, Unarmored, Mercantile, Hand to Hand Minor: Athletics, Destruction, Enchant, Acrobatics, Speechcraft *Don't actually do this. Morrowind should be enjoyed.

Hell, you can get the best unenchanted 1-handed sword in the game by the end of day 2 if you know a few secrets.
