I'm getting better at grabbing the remote and hitting the mute button before Freddy shrieks.

Yup, see my previous post...

Does nobody watch this show anymore? We haven't even hit 5 pages yet.

Dunno if this is just my experience but I keep forgetting it's on Mondays. I end up catching it when it hits Adult Swim.

Also, thanks to Ted Turner's array of networks, American Dad is on EIGHT times per weekday: four on TBS in the afternoon, two on Adult Swim, and two on Peachtree (ch.17 Atlanta) at midnight. It's crazy.

I feel like ever since the switch to TBS they've been writing Stan more like Peter Griffin. I miss the grim, sordid narratives about CIA murders and the deep-seated childhood issues (mom, dad, dog). Now he's just the dumb guy annoyed by his wife.

Save me, texting!

This one has been better than the other TBS ones but it still feels like the show was handed over to people who haven't seen American Dad before.

Kinda wish it would've ended right there, like a Twilight Zone episode. But yeah, as someone said above, these last two have more than made up for "Roots."
