For jazz there's also Autumn Leaves HAve You Meet Miss Jones Solar Bye Bye Blackbird Again, all stuff from the real book. For rock I use to be in a cover band that did this version of "Take Me To The River" with a female singer, and then during the solo the bassist would flip into the Talking Heads bassline, and it would morph into that version for the outro. It was pretty slick and definitely got one or two people's attention that were listening.
