Well I know if you paid me $15k a year I'd probably be able to muddle through assuming there wasn't massive increases in inflation (or rather that the purchasing power kept approximate parity). That plus national health care and I think I'd be alright; if I wanted to just sit on my rear end and write the great American novel I wouldn't starve and could see a doctor periodically. That said here's the real stumbling block: it's going to go to... you know... those lazy, entitled people. You know. THEM.
