What is the best airline to transfer Amex membership reward points to? Living in NYC, Delta has hubs at LGA and JFK, so I have been using them the most, but their rewards aren't great.

When I applied online for Amex Platinum, I received the number immediately online and was able to use it for online purchases several days before physically receiving the card.
