Rumormill dropping off some quality information this week Busybody s-3 sergeant (we're a small enough detachment we've got less than like 10 NCOs in all of the S shops) comes back from maternity leave a while ago, gets told she can't say she's fat because she's pregnant anymore, and decides to take the discharge instead of getting back into shape before the deadline they wanted to establish with her.

No more guaranteed 20 year service nor can you put in a package for W.O. if you are a 1P SSgt. Also how do Meritorious SSgt boards typically go?

The only meritorious SSgt boards I ever saw were the ones on B-billets. I have never even heard of anyone picking up SSgt from a board in the fleet.
