Hey guys, I like dogs and they're cute and playful but I have a very busy work schedule between my job and my other job that doesn't pay anything. Should I adopt a pair of extremely rambunctious puppies from a BYB then make them live outdoors while only caring for them as an after thought, then when they get too out of hand dump them off on someone else because I can't be arsed to take care of them?
