If you fall forward make sure you fall on your forearms and elbows, not your outstretched hands. Also don't go on too baby of a hill. You need some speed to stay up. If you go down a hill and 0.5km/h you will fall down so many more times than if you actually have some decent speed going down. Momentum is your friend.
