He might not be able to say what he knows but I feel like there's something between the two. It's fun to think about. I wonder if AFO gave her an invisibility Quirk and she's similar to Spinner or just a Nomu of some sort. If Toga hadn't shown up this chapter I would have suspected a kill and replace.
