Here are my old submissions as well as my Top 10 Holiday countdown.   I'm hoping to crank something new out soon. Personally "Why can't you be real santa" is my favorite because i recorded it at my desk at my old job. My assistant thought I was crazy.

Huzzah! Christmas music of the best kind! I always submit way too late, so just in case I don't get into the mix on time (oh, how I will endeavour!), here's some cuts from the past few years. Needless to say I take the creation of festive music a little seriously, but if I can bum everyone out, or make them sing the most inane chorus they'll hear all year, then my work is done.

I finally thought of what I can do, but I'll need somebody to help me with the music: An Over the Top Christmas. It would be a soundalike/parody of Meet Me Halfway by Kenny Loggins about an arm-wresling trucker trying to make it home for Christmas. I wonder how hard it would be for somebody to do jingle bells in place of the horn in the "Driving a sleigh/[FANFARE]/Across the sky!" hook.

I did the music myself, having come up with something that IMO sounds wintery and synthpop/R&Bish. Lyrically, I decided to go with the computer and absurd lyrics because it seems to convey the humor better. The song is about a guy who decides he is a dog and has a backstreet operation to 'become' one, and his first Christmas as a dog, and the reaction of those around him. It was supposed to have more lyrics talking about Christmas, but FL Studio kept locking up so I just ended it where it was.
