People have done full on restorations from what's essentially a VIN plate, as stated anything is technically possible with the right skill set and a willingness to do to the work (or the pockets to pay for it). If you choose to keep this car, and you continue your behavior as showcased in this thread, I can guarantee this project will fall apart sooner rather than later, to the amusement of those who warned you.
