I own one. Ive used it on trips to play emulators in the car. I submitted a return protection to Amex for it and they refunded my money and i got to keep it. Its a good device for free. I can stream ps4 games to it.

i don't know, a lot of merchants do that now rather than worry about returns and all that. they probably write off millions of dollars in fraud every day, so they can afford to give a few people free things two or three times on amazon i've gone to return something cause the item was misdescribed and they just refunded the money and told me to keep it

You go to the amex website, submit your receipt and what it is and they either ask you to send it to them or they just credit you the money. Most cases they just credit you the money and never ask for it back.

The only problem is you get an overlay since the shield has to use the gamemapper. I might pair a DS4 to it and hook it up overhdmi to a tv and try it.
