I use Magic Actions for Youtube, It lets the video load completely and all sorts of cool things as well.

Try it out if you got chrome. I haven't got any problems from it so far.

Magic Actions never seems to do that here, though I admit I use other Chromium-based browser.

Well it only works on youtube.
