1. winnifred comics wilamette week box artist 2. winnifred poster comics nailmagazine portland or 3. winnifred comics side of newspaper box portland or No markings on the things. They get placed on a few newsboxes, not all the same company or anything, around Portland. Here's three I have photographed, I have more but I'd have to dig 'em up.    No signature or anything. I've been pretty curious about them, a new one seems to pop up on the box like every 3 months. I still haven't figured it out.
