I like how culture in a space game basically means that different races are quickly exterminated and exactly replaced by the superior culture. You don't get the traits or building tech of the race you conquered, so you can't explain them just adapting to your rule.

High recommended specs are a selling point. Destroying the environment and fire effects tend to cause systems to chug.
