Would this include loss from corruption/theft? Cause I know in my home country theres a system for how each step can skim off the top without getting caught; and how much of a pain it is for everyone (or atleast the shipping company) when someone messes up/doesnt follow the procedure. (Just dont ask me to explain if you arent, I just overheard it from a distant branch of the family while at reunions.)
