It's not "blank piece of paper with text" lazy, that's too easy. No, he drew (or copy/pasted) an Uncle Sam, GISed the World Cup ball, and stuck the two together with no explanation or thought put into it besides "America" and "World Cup" somehow going together. It's lazy in concept, thought, and execution even if it may not be the actual laziest in terms of 'least effort and time'. Most Easily Reinterpreted  Literally all it takes to reinterpret this one is to read "Why?" in a different tone of voice. Worst Middle East Cartoon C Kirschen openly calling for genocide has to win this one, really. Worst Police Brutality Cartoon E Worst Torture Report Cartoon D Branco's EPA one is definitely the stupidest and all the 'way to help terrorists, Democrats are pretty bad, but this one is just absolutely vile. Worst The Interview Cartoon B Ramirez is bad but 7oden's blatant racism takes the cake. Best edit/parody D All the others are great as one-offs but Ye Fowl Herald was just too consistently good.
