It's probably the closest Borderlands gets to actual puppy murder, and it just tips Jack over the line for me from "Douchebag" to "rear end in a top hat who will die slowly".

Jack is excellently written in that almost literally everything you hear him say or do makes throughout the entire game you want to punch him more.

Jack, on the other hand, is theoretically a sentient being who chooses to be consistently and completely horrible to absolutely everyone he interacts with.
