Lipstick Apathy
It isn't actually in-game, but on Steam you can go to the Store page of a game you really enjoyed (especially if its on sale) and see who has it on their wishlist. If you are feeling generous, get them the game! I've both given and received games on wishlists and its always an awesome surprise to get a new game! Christmas is over, but you can still get in the spirit and be nice to your fellow gamer!
