I always wondered, if you were to strip away all legal protections from judge, jury and executioner, after they were involved in executing an innocent man, what would they be morally guilty of?

For example, deciding to work as an executioner seems like some really shady poo poo to me, since you are fully aware that you will have to kill innocent people as part of your job.

And nobody is forcing a judge to give out a death sentence if he feels like there might be a certain doubt left about the guilt.
