Seconding the Monterey sentiments, except:

Do exchange tours count? Because the Switzerland, France, Spain and Australia tours are all pretty much the greatest thing that has ever happened. Noble only as far as I know, but there are enlisted spots available in a few cool spots too (France, UK and Germany that I know of)

Yeah we sold them Hornets back in 98. There's been an exchange with the east coast FRS ever since.
