Here is what they need to fix stream: Hardware video mixer, do some sort of editing with scenes. A floating camera man, so they can get different angles when the clutch moments happen, or flip to the crowd or w/e a digital audio mixing board so they can do dynamic range compression, and some auto limiting. their production value would shoot through the roof from that alone. They would need to have staff to man those positions 24/7 though.

I think they get a lot more donations during popular games because the people watching are also idiots and want to donate to some game they were terrible at when they were a childe. even though the best runs are poo poo that come out from nowhere like that Tetris Grandmaster thing. hell a quarter of the donations were the dumb animals thing.
