F-Zero is one of my favs. It's what I play most of the time when I'm in the mood for SNES, but don't have much time. This one technically isn't mode 7, but who gives a poo poo, it looks cool. Listen to the soundtrack at the same time for maximum R-Type.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9KUiSJahuQ
