There's apparently an AmEx bypass here if you are buying with AmEx, but it doesn't have camping passes, doesn't allow layaway, and may be sold out of Weekend 1 at this point: https://coachella-amex.frontgatetickets.com/

Or more likely no one (or third party scalping company) exploited a bypass link to murder all the tickets ahead of the line this year, which made everything take more time. Looks like it's done now, though, according to twitter.
