I'd like to think the Home Inspection Nightmares series at This Old House is pretty OSHA.jpg worthy, even if most of these are from home DIYers. Shower outlet.  Easy access.  Pin boys had a pretty osha worthy job. Back before bowling alleys had automatic arm-mangling pinsetters, you just had people in the back setting up pins and returning the ball. This involved dodging flying pins and probably the occasional drunk-thrown bowling ball. A perfect way for small boys to earn some pocket change and build character.
