tonight I am making white bean chili

last night I made tostadas

I cooked chicken breast in boiling water with some salt pepper and chicken broth

I baked corn tortillas, cooked & mashed up some kidney beans and fried them with red onion

so it was a tostada with fried beans, red onions, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, chicken, guac, and um idk some other stuff? maybe I dont remember

it was good

all-natural red sauce / local Texas sausage / fire-roasted red pepper / fresh garlic / white onion / cracked red pepper / house-blend mozzarella / torn basil

Take a half cup of salt and 5 teaspoons of sriracha. Mix the two together, spread the resulting paste onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and let it dry for a day or two. Stir it once or twice then keep in whatever airtight container you have.

You can also preheat an oven to like 350 and then turn it off and stick the cookie sheet in if you don't want to wait that long but I've had better results with the air drying.
