Dungeon Dice GBA was good. Also even in my youth I thought having an entire school academy dedicated to a trading card game was dumb, and that's when I left the series.

I liked when they were stuck in the giant computer fantasy world and you got to see the Duel Monsters in their natural habitat. Also really liked Falsebound Kingdom game for the Nintendo Gamecube.
