It's a spinoff from a LN harem thing featuring one of the harem members as the main character. But Misaka is fun to watch as a Problem Solving Teen with superpowers hanging out having superpowered adventures with her friends. Only seen the anime and read the manga, and apparently the main body of work is spergy as gently caress, but at least something of this sort exists and has a market.
