Puzzle #21: 3 minutes. Person A tells person B the message (1 minute). B tells C the message but A also tells D the same message. (1 minute). A then tells E, B tells F, C tells G, D tells H (1 minute). EDIT: Had to make a minor correction, but the end result is essentially the same whether or not the first person (in this example, A) is a "receiver" as well.
