Well he definitely knew how to dress his stormtroopers in a way that screamed 'I'm stylish AND murderous.' to such an extent that we're yet to better it 70 years later.

Although I think there were some Hizbollah uniforms with headgear that looked like the Brotherhood of NOD so maybe that's where we're headed.
