the first mac games were harcoded to run on the mac plus and often straight-up refused to run on color machines even if you set them to black & white and booted them into system 6 apache strike i am looking at you

YouTube is gold for reliving game memories without the pain if installing or inevitable tedium 2 minutes in. ideal for nostalgia/ most Amiga ones include disk drive noises too
