I'm trying to migrate a few small web apps Im hosting away from a dedicated server and onto a cloud solution. I'm looking at digital ocean and docker, but I'm having a hard time finding info about how to migrate. I have some dumb questions about both of them:

If I pick a small digital ocean droplet, can it be easily upgraded to a higher priced plan if I need the speed?

How does docker work with a droplet in terms of multiple applications. Does each app have a separate docker container that all run on the same droplet?

How do databases work? Do I have each database bundled with each app, or is each app sharing one docker container with MYSQL installed?
