The episode was basically 30 minutes of following a traumatized widower as he puts on his records, eats supermarket food, and reads his paranormal magazines. And somehow it's amazing to watch.

D4's opening segment dunks all over Heavy Rain's opening segment, imo. It's like what, 1/4th the size of Ethan's Ikea catalog house, but has more than twice the amount of stuff to look at, and it all contributes to the apartment's/David's personality.
