I'm going to be in Vermont in the Stowe/Waterbury area for a couple of days and will be arriving in the morning. Looking for a place that serves excellent breakfast food during the week. I already know I'll be hitting up Prohibition Pig for lunch and/or dinner but don't know what to do for breakfast.

I'll even take suggestions for breakfast near Greensboro since I will be making a stop at Hill Farmstead

I may just say "the hell with it" and drive up to Burlington first so I'll take suggestions

I love Foam and Burlington Brewing but I promised the wife that I wouldn't take her to any breweries beside Hill Farmstead. She doesn't drink and wants this VT stop to be just about her and I. At least she understands Hill Farmstead is my favorite brewery

I’ve only been to two places but they are both excellent. One is August First Bakery and the other is Penny Cluse Cafe.

Burlington is a pretty awesome town, beautiful city to walk around. Lots of good lesser known breweries there too.

August First was our lunch stop before heading home. Thank you for the recommendation. Wife and I both loved it.

My wife and I will be going to Vermont for a week in the summer to celebrate our anniversary. We're staying in Stowe primarily but will be in Burlington for our actual anniversary. Any suggestions for a nice dinner? We're open to any style.
