This is the problem with massive inequality, if people have the social power to get away with something then some of them will inevitably do it. Especially if that power was inherited, so the entitlement is naturally a part of the persons character. Exercising power is a thrill, it's not terribly different to people abusing the homeless or children killing animals. It's almost pointless to blame the individual perpetrator, the goal has to be removing those power imbalances from society in general. That said it must be utterly terrifying to be a young girl trapped on a private island with some of the most powerful men in the world, knowing that they could do whatever they wanted and get away with it.
