Don't get me wrong, I on-board with needing a place with off-street parking and a W/D in the unit (or at least hookups for them.) but she also expected the price to no the same as the cruddy apartments without those amenities. She's refusing to even look at ones that she considers too expensive, despite the fact that we could still easily afford them.
