I had to spend a few minutes figuring out the settings to get everything close to normal again, and for whatever reason I can't find a way to force Outer Worlds (which I got on the Microsoft store) to launch through steam like I can with Dwarf Fortress. I'm pretty sure you can't launch MS Store games from Steam without major, major gymnastics.
