[My children] have found out that I know more science than their teachers, and I'm a creationist. Most physicist can't wrap their minds around a singularity, I understand it. They don't understand time or the difference between micro and macro evolution. As far as society suffering, atheism is causing more suffering than ignorance ever could. Every time you see a kid take a gun to school to solve a problem remember there was a time they would have turned to God.

Did anyone ever read a book by Johanna Michelson called "The Beautiful Side of Evil"? Christians are more and more being deceived by Yoga saying things like "it really helps my neck or back" or "I just want some exercise". Well of course it works. And wicca works and divining works and hypnosis often works. Just because something is of Satan doesn't mean it won't work.

Our relief pastor spoke a little about the same thing yest morning. He kept getting really violent dreams about 2-3 am. He met an ex-witch who was not surprised because that is when they have their"prayer" time. she told him to walk the halls proclaiming that this house and people belong to Jesus and not satan. His dreams went away. He said he felt pretty funny talking to the walls, but it worked!!

God could have made the earth as old as he wanted. It was believed that the grand canyon took millions of years, but in recent years scientist believe it took place in a matter of minutes or hours. I am not sure which, but a very fast time.

Today God says it’s wrong for a father to chop off his son’s finger. But should God suddenly announce tomorrow that all Christian fathers must chop off their son’s fingers, then an activity which used to be wrong would suddenly become right. You see, morality is not a fixed issue, it is a fluid issue, but it is one that only God gets to define.

About five years ago, I awoke to a very loud noise; it was one long roaring tone like a trumpet. I was so sure it was the rapture, I started pleading "please Lord, take me". But it was the fire department across the street: they sometimes blow thier horn when they are backing the firetruck into the garage.
