There are many good places to acquire burgers, as well as making them yourself, which is not only fun but also highly rewarding. Below are a few good burgers. I like them all. I personally don't find anything wrong with a Big Mac. Its not the best burger but I will gladly eat one if you put it infront of me. Fast food chains have spread burgers across this good earth and for that the world is a better place.

only time i buy frozen patties is for like the 4th of july or some summer bbq party type thing and I alway just go to Costco. having a fresh and large condiments/toppings bar is key to a good burger party IMO

funny story in college they let us grill our own burgs (3x3, whatever you wanted) in the dorm cafeteria and then I would go over to the taco-bar (on taco-bar nights) and load it up with fresh guacamole and all the dudes from the east coast would be like "wtf" and i would laugh at them

Best burger in Boulder is at the Dark Horse Saloon, IMO. I lived in the dorms next to it. Many drunken nights there. Also, tricycle races!
